Round Up of June Goals

1. Write a minimum of 200 words a day for at least 20 days out of the month.
I wrote a total of 12,544 words last month and just made 20 days. Hopefully I’ll do more days next month. I got a total of 20 days making my word count and a total of 24 days writing, although I didn’t make my count on four of those days. I did not write 6 days.
2. Continue working on the fics on the Fic List. Hopefully completing two or more during the month.
This month I finished the following stories:
Goddess Reborn
Thursdays
Skye—Climb like a tree
Bucky/Ariana—Smithsonian
Holy Hangover
Fun with Wings
What Published? (which was removed from my site by me)

3. Continue to write and complete Weekly Goals on WDC.
I created, posted, and completed to the best of my ability weekly goals each week for June. I’m very pleased with my progress for this!
4. Apply for jobs in the teaching field.
I applied to M. county for a full time job (well a few jobs). I also applied for a full time job at CTC in the writing lab.
Long Term Goals
1. Revamp and reorganize how I’m applying to jobs. Make a more concentrated effort on who applying to.
In addition to the jobs I applied for above, I looked at some teaching jobs in the area. I’m going to look around a bit more and organize a bit better in the coming month. I’d like to hopefully look into more English jobs. I applied to a company called “Fast Edit”, but haven’t gotten any jobs through them.
2. Finish sorting and organizing my files on my external.
I can’t remember when I worked on this… if it was June or May. I think it was May. But all of my movies on here are organized, I’ve started organizing the rest of the files, but more needs to be done.
3. Organize my DVDs.
I’ve listed all of my DVDs, except a couple that I just got. Now I just need to actually put them in order and sort them.
4. Sort and organize my comics.
Haven’t done a blasted thing.
5. Begin sorting and editing stories for anthologies.
Haven’t really done a blasted thing. Except I did figure out what stories need to be written for a couple of the ones I plan to use. And I did sort the majority of my jump drive that my writing is on. So… that counts.
Work Goals/ Plans
1. Write a FB post per week
I completed this each week writing up a little blurb, showing it to my supervisor, and then forwarding it to the proper person. I’m enjoying writing these and will continue them.
