Arrow, Oliver/Digg, Holy Hangover.. I'm marrying whoever put this water by my bed

Oliver Queen groaned as he pried his eyes open. The last few days had been rough, even for the Arrow. His body had been bruised and battered… even before he and Diggle had indulged the night before.
He wasn’t sure exactly how much they’d drank, but clearly it was more than he’d had since his return from the island (either time) and his tolerance wasn’t what it had been.
He really should know better.
He moaned as he attempted to roll over on the narrow cot that he lay on but gave it up as a lost cause after a few minutes. “Digg?” he called, wincing as the noise cut through his skull. “You alive?”
A moan answered him from nearby and Oliver took that as a semi-positive sign. At least that meant the other man hadn’t expired from their overindulgence. “I’m going to kick your ass when I can move again,” Diggle grunted out after a moment.
“I’m pretty sure you can actually do that right now,” Oliver replied. “Let’s not ever do that again.”
“Agreed.”
Oliver raised his head after a minute and almost let out a whimper at the sight of a sweaty bottle of water sitting on the table next to the bed. “I'm marrying whoever put this water by my bed,” he declared.
“That would be me,” Felicity said as she walked into sight, her heels clipping on the concrete floor and causing both men to flinch in pain. “Drink up. I have fresh information for you and I’m sure you’ll want to get going.”
“A little sympathy, Felicity?” Oliver asked.
She eyed them for a minute, then shook her head. “If you were sick? Sure. But you two did this to yourselves. Up and at ‘em. Drink the water and let’s go. Chop, chop.” She turned on her heel and clipped away.
“She can be a cruel, cruel woman,” Diggle commented.
“Agreed.”

Thea/Roy and Diggle/Carly (totally blanked on her name for a minute).
Otherwise Oliver/Felicity.
Both Lance girls can take a long walk off a short pier. I've never liked them. (Even in comic canon.)
