Goals for February 2014

shanachie_quillI decided to update my goals each month instead of leaving them the same until I completed them all. That way I can change them as I finish them and I feel like maybe I’m accomplishing something. So here’s my goals for the month of February. I’m probably not getting them done at the beginning each month, but I’ll try to get it done close to the beginning.
Short Term Goals
1. Write a minimum of 200 words a day for at least seventeen days out of the month.
2. Finish the last four of the Twelve Days of Christmas fic. Fic List
3. Look through my original fic and see if anything is ready to be published (ideally maybe get a couple of anthologies together).
4. Work on SHIELD commentaries. I’m still undecided if I am continuing these. Pimp them on Fury’s again and give it a week. Commentaries Does anyone have an opinion if I should continue?
5. Email principal re: Hannan job.
6. Call re: hotel job.
7. Finish Jace’s Sinful Things auction package (wait for response to email).
8.Sign SA paperwork and begin working on making connections for the community liaison position.
Long Term Goals
1. Finish birthday fics. I have four left (since I added one). Fic List
2. Work on other fics on my abbreviated list. Fic List
3. Continue looking for work and applying to jobs.
4. Finish cleaning out the small pile of things in my rooms that aren’t mine. Help move/clean out the things to move the others into the house.
5. Publish through smashwords.
6. Work on setting up a website to promote the publishing and review other books. (Ask Sheta about word press.)
7. Sort and organize my DVDs.
8. Sort and organize my comics.
9. Finish all of the Leave stories (I have six left in total.) Fic List The Fic List all goes to the same list, but they all pertain to different parts of the goals so I wanted to keep linking them.
