shanachie_quillThis week we’re visiting Robert Lawrenson, who is one of the best recurring characters on Sanctuary ever! He played Declan McRae (Head of House of London Sanctuary) for the run of the show. In addition he was on Coronation Street and a few minutes of Beyond Sherwood Forest.
This did not look like Robert at first to me with the spiky hair and how thin he is…but yup it is.
One of the better shots of him imo.
I love that Robert (and Christopher) were included with the Sanctuary cast here at the Leos. Just shows how the cast felt about them.

27/8/12 13:04 (UTC)He was in (briefly, very VERY briefly) the movie Beyond Sherwood Forest and my best friend and I were both yelling "DECLAN!" when we saw him. I mean we were watching the movie cause Robin is in it (please Robin playing ROBIN?! who can resist that?!) and then we saw Robert and it was just too perfect...but yes. He's a doll.
Have you seen the twitter picture where he apparently gave himself a black eye?
