So this is a copy of my goals from last month and what I did...I didn't do a few things but I did do a lot of others. I need to focus more this month on actually doing things away from the computer and actually accomplishing things. And remembering to keep track of my goals (and what I wrote for them.)
1) Write daily or do something writing related (editing if I don't write). (And keep track of it this time)
I wrote every day but two (one of the two days I edited instead of writing) for a total of 23,532 words. I completed nine stories of my own. I also edited five stories for friends.
2) Continue writing off Fic to Finish list.
I fail on this. I finished like two stories on it, but I also wrote like a ton that are not on it. I also added like five things to my to be done list. I will be re-vamping the list (yes, again) in order to hopefully re-organize myself. But I'm writing so I take that as a positive.
3) Finish two more books from Alphabet list by end of March
Again with the positive negative thing. I read books, but not necessarily books that helped me complete the list. I need to focus on finishing the letters, then I can read more books. But I read like five books this past month and I have a total of eighteen books read so far this year.
4) Work on Bethany's book and get rest of cards
I'm having issues with this. I need six more cards and I can't seem to get them. I need the following states:
Connecticut
Michigan
Missouri
New Mexico
Vermont
West Virginia
At this point I'm just...frustrated and I don't know what else to do. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. My problem is the person this is for is on my LJ and I'm trying to keep it secret from her. Meanwhile I have started putting the actual book together.
5) Work on havenward's wedding present to be completed by May 1st
This is going REALLY well. I have just part of the quote and a flower left to embroider and I bought the frame this weekend. So win. This should easily be done by my goal date (which is long before the wedding date). And hopefully everything will come together and I can buy my tickets this weekend to go.)
6) Go through things in room at gramma's and re-organize
I fail. I cleaned my room and I got part of my sewing projects organized...but yeah that's about it...I'll have to work on this more.
