I just checked and it seems that I have my option to receive PMs on. With my basic account, I can't even turn it off is what it looks like to me. If you'd like to email me, you can do so at thirteenstepprogram *&AT^% hotmail{[dot}] com. Just put your username in the subject line so I don't delete it by accident.
