Oh, how fantastic. I love the way you've depicted Eliot's private space, his rituals and ways of unwinding. His willingness to share his space says a lot about how he's become accustomed to the team.

I especially liked this line:

He knew they sometimes wondered how he did the things he did, but he’d been a bad man once upon a time, even if before that he’d been a good man who did bad things for his country.
