You can absolutely cuddle Cee! I know she breaks my heart. I was talking about it...I feel so bad for the way I've completely...broken her, but I'm slowly trying to mend her. I need to go back and write the back story...it's actually worse than you've seen.
She is ecstatic with Henry and Bella...but still worried about so many things. Henry would be fine with your cuddling her, but unfortunately it would most likely freak Cee out. Just getting her to let him take Bella out of her sight is a big step.
She has serious neuroses and they (Henry, Will, and Kate and Magnus and Biggie) are slowly breaking them down. I was explaining to whogeek last night, she actually does better outside of the Sanctuary because she has to act more "human" for lack of a better term. So she puts on a better front.
And I have a crossover with H50 where she actually yells at Steve (that's a whole 'nother neuroses there--completely confuses her that Steve's "beta" in her eyes doesn't submit to him...)
