Short version...he called me Friday to tell me they ordered the part and I asked if I needed to come pay for it. I was told no.

I got a call yesterday asking if I'd been called and if I would come pay for the part (from the tech). I explained what had happened--the AM hadn't left a note, had made no notation that he'd contacted me, and then had the gall to tell me I was lying about saying he said I didn't have to pay upfront. (Which I knew I had to)

So Morrigan sat in the shop for two days with no one working on her and my part did not get ordered...I'm pissed...but not at the tech because he called me pretty much as soon as he got to the store yesterday.
