I re-read this one and picked up "Pizza is crust, mozz, and cheese." mozz and cheese are already the same... it's mozz and sauce :p cause he says in 1x03 "pizza is mozz, sauce and dough" (I needed it in the fic I've written so I checked the reference few hours ago LOL!)
